CETA Consulting: Actively Engaging in Estonia’s Business Delegation Activities in Vietnam

Publikálva:

There are business trips that go beyond packed schedules — moments where the real “touchpoints” of international collaboration become visible, tangible, and actionable.

Over the past few days, CETA Consulting has had the privilege of operating on both fronts: accompanying Estonian partners such as Dipperfox and Zero Terrain, while also actively participating in the official program of the Estonian business delegation during the visit of H.E. Mr. Margus Tsahkna, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, to Vietnam.

Beyond Meetings: Depth Over Volume

What defines the value of such engagements is not the number of meetings conducted, but the depth and direction of each conversation.

Across Business Seminars in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the formal Reception, and a series of B2B meetings, discussions quickly evolved beyond introductory exchanges. The focus shifted toward fundamental, execution-driven questions:

  • Is the Vietnamese market a real fit for specific solutions?
  • What are the barriers to entry, and how can they be addressed?
  • Who are the right local partners to ensure successful implementation?

These are not abstract discussions — they are the starting point of real market entry strategies.

Bridging Strategy and Execution

Throughout this journey, our CEO, Mr. Csaba Bundik, worked closely alongside Mr. Vallo Visnapuu, representative of Dipperfox. This collaboration went beyond facilitating introductions.

CETA’s role was to actively support partners in navigating the Vietnamese market landscape — providing grounded insights into:

  • Actual market demand and sector-specific needs
  • Local business practices and decision-making dynamics
  • Practical pathways for deploying and scaling technology solutions in Vietnam

This level of involvement ensures that conversations are not only relevant, but also actionable.

Seeing the Bigger Picture

By being embedded in both the partner journey and the delegation’s official activities, CETA gained a comprehensive view of the broader collaboration landscape.

What initially appears as a series of independent meetings gradually reveals itself as an interconnected ecosystem of opportunities — where technology, energy, and manufacturing sectors from Estonia can align with Vietnam’s evolving market needs.

The result is a shift from fragmented interactions to clearly defined collaboration pathways.

CETA’s Role: From Connector to Active Participant

CETA Consulting does not position itself as a passive intermediary.

Our approach is rooted in active participation:

  • Working alongside partners, not just introducing them
  • Translating market insights into strategic direction
  • Supporting the transition from early conversations to structured engagement

Every connection is treated as a potential long-term collaboration — not a one-off interaction.

From Connection to Implementation

What has taken place over the past few days represents an important starting point.

The real value, however, lies ahead — in transforming these initial connections into tangible projects, partnerships, and long-term market presence.

At CETA Consulting, we remain committed to staying closely involved in this process — ensuring that opportunities identified today are developed into measurable outcomes tomorrow.
