Technology is evolving faster than ever. AI is reshaping how people work, new business models are emerging, and industries that once changed over decades are now changing within a few yearsโor even months.
The question for organizations today is no longer whether change is coming. The question is whether they are prepared for it.
This week, CETA Consulting was pleased to contribute to the Vietnam Airlines Innovation Program, a training initiative developed and delivered by BK Holdings in partnership with Vietnam Airlines. Our CEO, Mr. Csaba Bundik, joined the opening session as a Guest Speaker, sharing international perspectives on innovation, leadership, and organizational adaptability.
One theme repeatedly emerged throughout the discussions: innovation is no longer a responsibility reserved for R&D teams or senior management. It is becoming a capability that organizations need to develop at every level.

As technology continues to advance, employees, managers, and leaders alike are being asked to learn new skills, adapt to new ways of working, and rethink long-established processes. Organizations that embrace this mindset are more likely to stay competitive. Those that wait too long may find themselves struggling to keep pace.
What made the program particularly valuable was the opportunity for open and honest conversations about these challenges. Participants shared perspectives on AI adoption, digital transformation, operational improvement, and the practical realities of leading change inside large organizations.

For CETA Consulting, initiatives like this highlight an important reality: innovation is not a one-time project. It is an ongoing process of learning, adaptation, and continuous improvement.
We would like to thank BK Holdings, Vietnam Airlines, Ms. Jen Vu Huong, and all speakers, mentors, and participants for the engaging discussions and valuable exchange of ideas.
As Vietnam continues its digital and economic transformation, developing innovation capabilities across organizations will become increasingly importantโand we are proud to contribute to that journey.
