We put our candidates through a rigorous multi-stage selection process in order to make sure we find the right fit for you, thus reducing your risk of hire.
We will provide you with a fully comprehensive profile of each candidate including: personality traits, language skills, professional background checks.
As a last step of the selection process, we will administer a job specific test, comprised of tasks, or problems your future employee must be able to solve on their own.
