TALENT POOL & SEARCH

Thanks to our strong presence spread across 5 cities in Southeast Asia we are able to select candidates from our list of pre-assessed ICT talents and/or leverage a vast pool of professionals via our network, personal recommendations, strategically placed job adverts and targeted talent scouting on social media (LinkedIn, Facebook).

SELECTION

We put our candidates through a rigorous multi stage selection process in order to make sure we find the right fit for you, thus reducing your risk of hire.

We will provide you with a fully comprehensive profile of each candidate including: personality traits, language skills, professional background checks.

As a last step of the selection process we will administer a job specific test, comprised of tasks, or problems your future employee must be able to solve on their own.

PLACEMENT

After having successfully selected a new team member for your operation we offer you further assistance in tackling the hurdles of visa applications and work permits. Our team comprised of former diplomats can advise you on the ins and outs of the subject.

We optionally provide intercultural training to both the employee as well as to the employer, in order to make the transition of the new team member from Asia as smooth as possible.

We offer local assistance to you and your new employee not only for the time they have settled in, but throughout their placement if required.
